UHY LLP Scholarship

To be eligible for the scholarship the student needs to be enrolled part-time or full-time, and be classified as an incoming Junior or Senior majoring in Accounting. The student must maintain a 3.0 minimum GPA. An eligible student must be in good standing, demonstrate leadership skills, and be able to demonstrate a financial need. The scholarship amount is $1500.00 per year. Additionally, (1) applicants must be a United States citizen; (2) applicants must be enrolled in the accounting program and are at Junior and Senior level working towards the 150 hour requirement for CPA; (3) applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate leadership skills, and be in financial need; (4) preference will be given to working students or those involved as a volunteer; and (5) The scholarship is a one-time award for the student and is not renewable
