Benjamin F. Quillian, Sr. + Loula Quillian Scholarship

The Benjamin F. Quillian, Sr. & Loula Quillian Scholarship is funded by Benjamin F. Quillian Jr., Benjamin F. Quillian, III and James T. Caleshu. Mr. and Mrs. Quillian Sr. were the parents of Benjamin F. Quillian Jr., Ph.D. who was a 1965 graduate of Harris Teachers College and the recipient of the 1988 Distinguished Alumni Award. This $3,000 scholarship is for the year and is to
be awarded to a needy student from the St. Louis area who has shown the ability to persevere through adverse circumstances, demonstrate excellence in the academic endeavors and serve as a positive role model for other youth in their community. Qualified students must possess a 2.5 GPA.
